Andrée Quaresima


Andree Quaresima, Esq. is an associate at Edelboim, Lieberman, Revah, Oshinsky, PLLC where she practices in the areas of commercial litigation and bankruptcy. What makes Ms. Quaresima’s experience unique is that she has extensive knowledge of both Civil and Common law, including European law.

Ms. Quaresima was born in Italy where she lived all her life prior to moving to the United States. She earned her first law degree from the University of Roma Tre, where she completed all exams and graduated one year prior to the expected date, and where she was one of only three students in her year to be admitted to a dual-degree program that enabled her to obtain a U.S. law degree in only two years. Ms. Quaresima was the recipient of a full scholarship to attend Nova Southeastern University, Shepard Broad Law Center, she graduated summa cum laude, and obtained the highest grade (“Book Award”) in four of her classes. She served as a junior associate of the Nova Law Review and was a member of the Moot Court Society through which she participated in the Feinrider Competition, Fall 2015, qualifying as semi-finalist.

While attending law school, Ms. Quaresima also clerked for Honorable Judge Robert Lee and worked as a research assistant for Professor at Law Michael J. Dale, Catherine Arcabascio, and Fran L. Tetunic. Prior to joining Edelboim, Lieberman, Revah, Oshinsky, PLLC , Ms. Quaresima practiced primarily in the area of complex class actions. As a multilingual attorney with extensive experience in federal litigation, Ms. Quaresima now focuses her practice on bankruptcy and commercial litigation.
